QA/QC Introduction
Quality control department has 12 people, principal is Mr. RiliangZhang, Mr.zhang now is the vice chairman of Shandonglongkou GBL machinery Co.,Ltd .Mr. Zhang has been the manger of the quality control department since the company founded and has rich experience in quality organization.Quality control department has 11 people as the quality team, respectively monitoring the quality of all the three products and finished goods production process.

Description:Forming and cutting procedure is done in the same machine, labor saving, high efficient, low labor intensity and production cost. Production process is to put foam sheet into forming machine, end product and wastage will come out from the rear part, two workers is enough for whole production line operation. It can be used to produce PSP/EPE /HIPS/PVC/PET material. Product can be used in the food, medical, electric parts, tourism, toys, etc.
