PS fast food container production line
The whole ps fast food container production line includes four parts: psp foam sheet production line, vacuum forming machine, cutting machine and plastic recycle machine.
PSP foam sheet production line: PSP foamed sheet is a new-type material with the features of shockproof, sound insulation, haat preservation, dampproof, safety, sanitation and good plasticity. It is used widely in the packing of food, fruit, electronic product, commodity, daily necessities, hardware product, advertisement board, etc.
Vcuum forming machine: GBL-CX whish series of vacuum forming machine designed by our company is all-powerful. The main way is vacuum forming as well as press forming and synthetical forming. It can be used for forming kinds of plastic sheet. The machine can produce the materials such as PVC, PET, HIPS, PP, PE, PSP and so on which are used to pack food, medicine, electronic element, traveling commodity, children toys, textile and so on.
Cutting machine: This machine is very popular in the world now, it is mainly used to cut the vacuum thermoforming products, the packing material and the decorations. It can cut with high efficiency without overlap space. The products can be cut overlap serial sheets together, and easy to change the die. It can work with single working position and double working positions.
Plastic recycle machine: Hydraulic-cut plastic recycle machine material of screw and barrel: 38CrMoAl ratio of length to diameter (L/D): 19:1. Recycled material is crushed by the crusher equipped on the auto feeding system and enters into the screw automatically with high automatization and high output. Advanced rotary hydraulic die is adopted for granule cutting so that the granule looks like virgin material and beautiful. By using dehydration dryer and vibrating sieve, no water is left in the granule. This recycling and particle cutting machine is the best machine in the world. It adopts traditional advantage and applies the technique of particle cutting used for producing raw material
