PS Foaming Extrusion Machine
The raw material of PSP foam sheet is polystyrene, which is fed into the loading hopper by automatic loading equipment, fill in anti-shrinking agent when material is plasticized and mixed in the first extruder, then transmit it to the second extruder after filtering from the screen changer, making a further plasticizing and mixing with foaming agent. After cooling, the product is extruded from die, then cooled and shaped by the shaping and cooling system, pulled by pulling machine and rolled by winder when it reaches certain of length, changing the roll weighing, and packing to warehouse.
Equipment models: GBLPSP-70/90GBLPSP-90/120GBLPSP-100/120 GBLPSP-120/150 and so on. The production of the above equipment is respectively about 2t, 4t, 5t, 7t.
