PE Low Density Cap Liner Extruder
PE low density cap liner foam sheet units is mainly used to produce gaskets. Low-cost, pure white appearance, sanitary, good flexbility and sealing effect, oil endurant, is the best alternative for traditional rubber gaskets. Windely applied to medicine, cosmetics, paint, capliner, daily chemicals, metal, electronic appliance, construction and highways fields.
The equipment produces with raw materials polyethylene, mixing with foam agent and accessories. It will be extruded from the flat die after being transmitted into the extruder, melted and foamed. After being rolled, transmitted and winded, pack it to the warehouse after reaching the length required. The product is mainly used to produce gasket, which is an ideal substitute for traditional rubber gasket due to its low-cost, pure white appearance, good sanitation, elasticity and sealing effect. It is also widely applied to medicine, cosmetics, paint, cap linings, daily chemicals, hardwares and home appliances and so on.
