PS Food Box Production Line is designed to produce high quality expanded (foamed)
sheets consisting of innumerable closed cells, which are usually used for traysof fruits, vegetables and fish, packaging for the fast food sector ad egg box,for materials of decoration and education and for material of insulation in the construction
industries, through Sanmeng machinery sophisticatedly designed tandem
screw and die, by adding gas and a few chemical agents. Sanmeng machinery tandem screw uniquely designed for optimum melt conditions and
distribution of blowing agent, as an integral component of the PS foam sheet extrusion
line, enhances a homogeneous foam structure and well-closed surfaces. The Sanmeng machinery's die, the other integral component of the PS foam sheetextrusion line, is designed to provide efficient processing and flexibility to create
the highest quality expanded (foamed) sheets to meet the needs of today's diverse
market.
